It's hard to capture Elie's cute little face expressions because as soon as he hears the camera sounds he stops what he's doing to check it out and when the flash goes off, the "deer in headlights" expression takes over. Finally I was able to capture some good smiles by trying really hard to keep him distracted.
About a week ago I noticed Elie waving back to me! You can sort of see him doing it in the picture above.
