- We moved to Iowa in January of 2006 from Los Angeles. We really miss the west coast and are looking forward to moving back (hopefully within the next couple of years). But in the meantime we have met a lot of really nice, genuine people out here and have grown to enjoy it here.

wow! what an enterprise!!! It is a lot of work!!!!Very rewarding when you get it to the table!!!
we do it without de matzo soaking but problably add more matzo meal.
