When I lived in Salt Lake I had a tradition to make a lemon meringue pie for my dad's birthday (his favorite pie). Since I have lived away for so many years I haven't been able to in a while. But this year I decided to make him one as an early birthday present. His birthday is December 16th so it's just a couple weeks early.
